Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Worn or washed clothing
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly replace the item at no extra cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
